At Hovden Fjellstoge we put the dining experiences in focus.
We think it is important to create enjoyable moments around the table with menus anchored in local traditions and raw materials. We can tempt with a seasonal varied a la carte menu, as well as exciting buffets, evening menus and other concepts.

We cater to both small and large companies, and we think it is important that quality food and service will provide you with a good and safe experience when inviting guests to Hovden Fjellstoge.

In 2010, Hovden Fjellstoge was awarded the Norwegian Foodprints Award by Innovation Norway in collaboration with the Norwegian Bondelag and Hanen. To be an approved Norwegian Foodprints-company, there are strict criteria that must be met. It emphasizes that the food is made from scratch, using Norwegian and local produce and good local knowledge about the food and dishes.

Chef Trond Skjeie has long experience in cooking food from the natural chambers, which is reflected in our menus.
